Many global businesses have a web analytics solution on their website, such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IBM Core metrics or Web trends, to monitor traffic and measure performance.
But what do you do with the data these tools present?
Six Tic can help. We have developed the Analytics Insights training course to help users of analytics tools understand what the numbers actually mean and, more importantly, pinpoint those valuable ‘actionable insights’ to help improve their business.
If you’re a part of the digital analytics, SEO, PPC, customer experience or conversion rate optimisation teams within your organisation, or if you have an interest in unlocking the business value of the sites you work with, then this course is made for you.
We use examples from Google analytics, but the rationale and theories presented in the course apply to any web analytics tool.
We review the foundational data analysis skills required to make the most of Google Analytics. Then we use the Google Analytics interface, plus business use-cases, to practice and build up those skills. We also look at some third-party tools and integration's to add to your Insights toolkit.
At the end of the day, you should feel confident enough to tackle specific business questions and so add value to your organisation through using Google Analytics standard and custom reports and features.
Note: it is key that you have goals, eCommerce tracking or conversion points set up in your analytics account before signing up to this course. This is because the majority of the analysis will be based on the end product (ie, your goal).
Payment options: All major credit cards (Online) or invoicing
None of these dates work for you? Or would you prefer an on-site training session? Either way, Six Tic can help. Our tailored training courses are totally flexible and built around you, from location to number of attendees (we even train one-to-one) to how the course is delivered right through to the specific content. Whatever we can do to help with your session, we will do it.
